1. No alarm clock. No phone for the first 30 minutes after waking. No phone at the eating table.

2. Practice open-eyes meditation throughout the day — breath, presence, return.

3. When working, use your mind with focus. End the 24/7 internal commentary.

4. Write your insights and feelings. Do not store them in your head.

5. If stressed, regulate first. If you cannot regulate — do not work.

6. When stuck, do not choose stress. Connect to your higher self first, then act.
